This session showcases how Horse Powertrain, #Deloitte and NVIDIA are jointly building an Industrial AI Factory through the kAIros as the operating model to scale AI across manufacturing environments. It presents real deployments including computer vision for anomaly detection on production lines, physics-based warehouse digital twins built with NVIDIA Omniverse, and multi-camera video analytics to optimize logistics operations. The session also explains how hybrid infrastructure and an AI Center of Excellence enable the transition toward agent-enabled operations supported by digital twins and Physical AI technologies as a new foundation for industrial performance.
